Walking KY
Join us - we’re walking 417 miles in two months! All ages are encouraged. Join as a team or solo. Participants receive a weekly newsletter with helpful tips and information. All physical activity types count as “steps.” Meet up with the Extension team each week for Walking Wednesdays @ local parks. Participants have the option to purchase a $12 Walking KY t-shirt when registering, shirt is sage green in color this year. KICKOFF party will be here at Extension, Friday, April 24th, 5:30-7:00 pm. We'll have Line Dancing w/Whitney and Senior Fitness with Karen Wyatt.
Notes - WE DO NOT OFFER AN ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION, please mail or drop off payment for your t-shirt to Oldham County Extension, 207 Parker Drive, La Grange, KY 40031. Payment for t-shirt must be received in the office by Wednesday, April 8th in order to receive a shirt at our kickoff, Friday, April 24th. If payment is received after this date, your shirt will be ordered with the second order arriving in May.
